Richard Carter has over 21 years experience in the Shipping Industry having first served as a Deck Officer in the British Merchant Navy. Since 1986 he has been based in East Anglia gaining experience as a Marine Surveyor and Transit Liability Adjuster. He is a member of the British Association of Cargo Surveyors and has extensive cargo surveying and loss investigation experience.

Simon Garden has over 10 years experience in the field of Liability Insurance and provides all round support both for Cargo Surveys and Claims investigations.
